In total SD 34 students brought home 8 provincial medals in the following categories:

Gold Medals:
Automotive Service Tech, Abbotsford Collegiate, Danielle Nergaard, Instructor: UFV – Jim Watts

Gold Medalists, Danielle Nergaard (Abby Collegiate) and Doug Jarvos (Yale) will be invited to join TEAM BC and go on to represent the District at the National Skills Contest in Edmonton from May 13-16th. Should they win Gold at Nationals …… they would go on to the World Skills Contest in Germany in 2013.
