Registration is always on at WACSS, and it doesn’t matter when a program begins—there’s always space. We try our absolute hardest to ensure nobody misses out on an opportunity.
Registration forms can be found in all of our brochures, and in our office. You may also download and fill out the online PDF here. Once you’ve done that, there are three ways to register.
When you download the registration form you will be able to type directly on the form from your computer. From here you can email or print out the form and mail, fax or drop it off to our offices. If you choose to email the form you may sign it on the first day of the program.
IN PERSON:
The WACSS office is located inside John Maclure Community School, at 2990 Oriole Crescent. We are located at the back of the school. Just follow the signs. The office is open from 8:30-3:30pm, Monday to Friday. If we miss you, you may slip the registration under the door or leave us a message with the front desk. ON THE PHONE:
During office hours, we can process a registration over the phone at 604-859-6919. If we are unable to come to the phone, you can leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We check messages regularly.
THROUGH THE FAX:
Registration forms may be faxed to us at 604-850-7370. We will call you when we get it to confirm receipt.
ON THE WEB:
The downloadable PDF may be filled out on the computer, and e-mailed to laszlo_kovacs@sd34.bc.ca. We will e-mail you when we get it to confirm receipt. You must first ‘save as’ before inputting your information or it will be lost.
For paid programs, WACSS accepts cash and cheques and these must be delivered in person to our office. We are now set up to use Pay Pal if you want to pay via credit or debit card online. HOWEVER, You must submit a registration form for all programs prior to making your payment to ensure there is a spot available. We will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the registration form and at this time you may go through the safe and secure Pay Pal transaction system. We issue a receipt for every payment.
There are no refunds so please ensure you have submitted a registration form prior to payment and that we have acknowledged receipt of this.
ONLINE:
We are using the new website www.simpleprogramguide.com to allow for easy browsing of our programs, as well as online registrations and payments. It is still in beta phase, but feel free to use it!
